Living Language: Learning the Alphabet Through Story, Movement & Art

Mondays & Wednesdays | 11 AM–12 PM ET Beginning January 11, 2027 Ages 6-7 years old

Before letters become symbols on a page, they can be experienced as living pictures, sounds, movements, and stories.

In this Waldorf online class, children are invited into the imaginative world of language through storytelling, poetry, movement, drawing, painting, and the discovery of letter forms.

Rather than beginning with memorization alone, we approach the alphabet through the child's natural capacity for imagination, imitation, wonder, and artistic expression.

Psoas & Body Intelligence: An Embodied Journey for Wombyn of All Ages & Stages

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 1–2 PM ET Beginning January 12, 2027
Our bodies are continually communicating with us through sensation, movement, breath, tension, ease, and the subtle ways we inhabit ourselves.

In this gentle and experiential class, we will explore the psoas and its relationship to the spine, pelvis, hips, diaphragm, and movement. Through anatomy, yoga, breath awareness, somatic practices, and restorative movement, participants are invited to cultivate greater body awareness and ease.

This class welcomes wombyn of all ages and stages—adolescent girls, mothers, grandmothers, elders, and women joining independently. No previous yoga or anatomy experience is necessary.

Moon Rhythms & Body Wisdom: An Eight-Week Journey for Adolescent Girls

Wednesdays | 4–5:30 PM ET Beginning January 13, 2027

There is a wisdom within the body that we can learn to recognize, understand, and trust.

Moon Rhythms & Body Wisdom is an eight-week journey inviting adolescent girls to explore their changing bodies, emotional landscapes, natural rhythms, and developing sense of self.

Through anatomy, storytelling, movement, meditation, journaling, artistic expression, and meaningful conversation, we create a supportive space for understanding the extraordinary transformations of adolescence.

Our journey follows the seasons of nature and explores the moon as a symbolic companion for observing change, renewal, and the rhythms of life.

The Wondrous Womb: The Art of Becoming — A Journey into Menstrual & Body Wisdom

Tuesdays | 4–5:30 PM ET Beginning January 12, 2027

The menstrual cycle is an extraordinary physiological process, yet many girls grow into adolescence without a meaningful understanding of what is happening within their bodies.

The Wondrous Womb offers an opportunity to explore reproductive anatomy, menstrual physiology, hormonal changes, and the rhythms of the female body through an artistic, experiential, and nurturing approach.

Building upon the foundations of Moon Rhythms & Body Wisdom, this course invites girls to deepen their understanding of their bodies while developing self-awareness, personal agency, and compassionate self-care.

We will explore the relationship between the menstrual cycle and the four seasons as a reflective metaphor, while learning the actual biological processes that shape the cycle.

The Living Cosmos: Twelve Senses • Twelve Zodiac Archetypes • Seven Planets • Four Elements

Thursdays | Proposed 7–8:30 PM ET
For Mothers - Beginning January 14, 2027

What does it mean to educate the whole human being?

How might our understanding of the senses, nature, rhythm, imagination, and the symbolic language of the cosmos deepen our observation of children and ourselves?

The Living Cosmos is a twelve-week contemplative study circle for parents, educators, and adults interested in holistic human development.

Drawing inspiration from Waldorf education, anthroposophy, traditional planetary symbolism, and artistic exploration, we will consider four interconnected perspectives on the human experience.
